to welcome Frankey & Sandrino back
to our fold with their entrancing Mercury EP.
The title track „Mercury“ is a cosmic voyage
through elastic bass & organic percussions.
Its mid-tempo rhythm is accented by a
twisted ribbon of synth melody that lift your spirits like an orbit around the sun.
“Gamma Ray” pulses into view with a steady
percussive rhythm where hi-hats and liquid pulses subtly evoke both inner and outer space until a midpoint peak blasts into view. The EP's closer “Zeta” is a gorgeously moody exploration between the pensive combination of downtempo
digital computer sounds and lush live piano keys.
